Kelleys Island is accessible year round via ferry (weather permitting) from Marblehead, by air from Sandusky and Port Clinton and transient dockage can be found at Kelleys Island marinas if you'll be arriving by private boat.
You can transport your car to the island on the Kelleys Island Ferry but most people prefer to bring along their bikes. Bicycles and golf carts can also be rented while visiting Kelleys Island.
Scheduled events throughout the year are enjoyed by visitors and islanders alike. Events include barbeques, clam bakes, art fairs, festivals and celebrations.
Ferry service throughout the summer allows Kelleys Island vacationers opportunity to island hop as well as easily reach the Port Clinton, Catawba Island, Lakeside-Marblehead and Sandusky mainland.
